The need for care at home continues to grow. For the next growth phase, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who will further develop our brand and lead with energy and strategic foresight.

• You will lead pflegehero into the next growth phase
• You will create the conditions to integrate carers into a care and therapy team
• You will take on a role model function at the front line in contact with end customers
• You will build a resilient network with referrers and maintain it systematically
• You will take responsibility for the results of the division
• You will position pflegehero as a leader in quality and trust and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

• Goal-oriented doer with proven success in building a business or sales division
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and professional implementation strength
• Sensitivity to a socially and politically observed topic
• Higher education in business administration or health-related field
• Experience in the Swiss healthcare system is a significant advantage
• Very good German language skills
