Construction Supervisor Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering and Demolition (m/f)

A modern infrastructure and first-class technical equipment are available to you for the execution of this exciting task.
Your main tasks include:
- Independent preparation of quantities and time sheets
- Timely and correct billing of the executed construction services including control of payment receipts
- Preparation of payment requests and inflation adjustment invoices
- Preparation of appropriate claims in case of contract deviations or project changes during execution
- Participation in construction meetings and maintaining contact with the foreman / site supervisor
- Maintaining customer and authority contacts as well as professional representation of our company towards clients and construction management
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed training in the main construction trade with further education as construction supervisor or civil engineer
- Very good knowledge in quantity surveying and billing as well as handling SIA standards
- Negotiation skills, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Resilient, flexible, and solution-oriented
- You are characterized by a strong performance orientation and team spirit as well as very high loyalty to our company
