- Together with your team, you ensure professional, safe and high-quality care
- You are present in everyday nursing, actively support your team and accompany employees as well as trainees in their professional and personal development
- You recognise development and optimisation potential and constructively contribute your ideas to further develop processes and workflows
- You enjoy interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration and contribute with your commitment to a positive, appreciative team culture

- You have a diploma as a registered nurse HF / FH and bring several years of professional experience from a Swiss acute hospital
- Ideally, you have already gained initial leadership experience and want to further develop in this area
- A structured, analytical way of thinking as well as a good business understanding characterise you
- Your communication is characterised by clarity and empathy; in everyday work you convince through decisiveness and high reliability
- You enjoy recognising potential and specifically promoting employees in their professional and personal development
