Polymechanic - Maintenance with Leadership Responsibility

• Leading the maintenance department for thermal systems
• Developing and implementing strategic maintenance planning
• Ensuring system availability through preventive maintenance and effective fault rectification
• Planning and organising overhaul work including scheduling and resource management
• Optimising systems to extend their lifespan and ensure maintainability

• Completed technical basic training in the industrial sector, for example as a polymechanic or plant and apparatus builder
• Further training in technology and maintenance at HF or FH level
• Several years of professional experience in maintenance within a multi-shift production operation
• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong organisational skills as well as a high sense of responsibility and a communicative personality
