Deputy Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You support the production management in all operational and strategic tasks

• You deputise for the production manager in their absence and bear full responsibility

• You coordinate and control production processes and ensure smooth operations

• You lead and motivate your team and promote a positive working atmosphere

• You continuously optimise processes and work on efficiency improvements

• You monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• You plan personnel deployment and coordinate shift schedules

• You work closely with other departments and are the contact person for production-related matters

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed technical training or a degree in production, mechanical engineering or a comparable field

• You bring several years of professional experience in production, ideally already in a leadership position

• You have leadership skills and can inspire and develop teams

• You work in a structured way, keep an overview even in stressful situations and make confident decisions

• You are strong in communication and have a good touch in dealing with people

• You think solution-oriented and tackle challenges proactively

• You bring technical understanding and process know-how

• You are flexible and willing to take on responsibility
