What is my role?

Gebr. Scheiwiller is looking for a committed project manager who independently oversees projects from initial planning to successful completion. You will take on the entire work preparation as well as comprehensive workshop and project planning. Your key tasks include strategic material procurement, careful scheduling and cost monitoring, as well as coordination of all project participants. In doing so, you act as an important interface between the customer, production, and assembly, ensuring a smooth process. You prepare quotations, conduct customer meetings, and accompany the projects until final acceptance. Depending on suitability and interest, your area of responsibility may be adjusted slightly.

What do I need to be successful?

We are looking for a candidate with a completed apprenticeship as a joiner EFZ, ideally supplemented by further training in work preparation, project management, or a comparable field. You bring solid knowledge of CAD programmes as well as MS Office and have several years of professional experience in the joinery trade. Furthermore, you are characterised by a confident, structured, and solution-oriented way of working. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and manage several projects in parallel, complete your profile.
