We are an innovative and well-equipped nursing and retirement home, close to the Spreitenbach shopping center and yet in a rural setting. We offer 84 seniors a cozy and family-like home. 

For our quality department, we are looking for a

Quality Manager in Nursing or Nursing Expert (40-60%)

• You continuously develop nursing quality, practically and in dialogue
• You conduct professional discussions and internal quality checks 
• You accompany professionals in complex situations and strengthen their development
• You actively contribute your knowledge to internal training and projects
• You participate in the design and implementation of nursing projects

You bring

• Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH, ideally with further training or experience in: quality development, professional development, nursing process management or a Master of Science in Nursing    
• Structured, independent working style and good intuition for support needs
• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for quality, and joy in professional support
• Courage to co-design, confident appearance, and solution-oriented thinking
