For our quality department, we are looking for a
Quality Manager in Nursing or Nursing Expert (40-60%)

- You continuously develop nursing quality, practically and in dialogue
- You conduct professional discussions and internal quality checks
- You accompany professionals in complex situations and strengthen their development
- You actively contribute your knowledge to internal training and projects
- You participate in the design and implementation of nursing projects
You bring
- Diploma as a nursing professional HF/FH, ideally with further training or experience in: quality development, professional development, nursing process management or a Master of Science in Nursing
- Structured, independent working style and good intuition for support needs
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for quality, and joy in professional support
- Courage to co-design, confident appearance, and solution-oriented thinking
