• Completed training in the insurance industry (certified financial advisor IAF or federal financial planner FA)
• Leadership and high motivation to lead pension advisors to success while also acting as a role model in sales
• Enthusiastic, engaging personality with strong sales and social skills
• High commitment with goal-oriented and well-organised working methods
• Communication skills combined with negotiation skills and strong customer orientation
