About the job
What is my role?
You are responsible for the operational procurement of materials and tools and ensure timely purchasing
You coordinate and monitor delivery dates as well as the import process and ensure a smooth workflow
You maintain and update supplier, article and purchasing data in the ERP system
You work closely with our warehouse clerk and contribute to efficient processes in daily business
You manage our purchasing processes and actively develop and improve them
You are the central contact person for our department heads and AVOR managers for all purchasing-related questions
With your structured and solution-oriented way of working, you also take on general administrative and organisational tasks in daily business
What do I need to be successful?
You have completed technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic or a comparable technical qualification (mandatory)
You bring experience in operational purchasing, ideally complemented by knowledge in technology and SCM
Technical expertise is essential (material and tool knowledge in a manufacturing international CNC supplier company)
Good PC skills and interest in digitalisation and process optimisation
You have an independent, solution-oriented, reliable and structured way of working
You communicate confidently in German both orally and in writing. English skills at least at B2 level
You enjoy working in a small team and are willing to think outside the box
