Export Clerk 40 - 60% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You independently handle import and export shipments while always keeping an overview

• You take care of creating and processing all important customs and shipping documents ?

• The planning, organisation and monitoring of transports - whether national or international - are in your hands

• You ensure that all goods arrive on time at the recipient ?

• You are the interface between freight forwarders, customs authorities and internal colleagues and keep all threads together

• You provide advice and support on customs-specific questions

• You assist with administrative tasks in the shipping area and support the team

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a commercial apprenticeship EFZ or something comparable

• Ideally, you have further training as a foreign trade specialist or an export clerk course

• You already have experience in import and export business

• Customs authorities and customs regulations are no mystery to you

• You are curious and eager to develop further in customs and foreign trade

• You are confident and proficient in MS Office

• You enjoy working independently, are reliable and keep an overview

• Initiative, flexibility and team spirit are among your strengths ?

• You really enjoy exchanging with colleagues, customers and partners

• You communicate confidently in English - both written and spoken ?
