Scientific Collaborator
80 - 100% at the Rectorate
Field of activity
Fixed-term contract for 2 years, with the possibility of stabilization afterwards
Develop, plan and implement fundraising strategies in close collaboration with the foundation's management
Organize and coordinate fundraising campaigns
Design communication aimed at highlighting the foundation's activities and emphasizing their importance
Search for new funding sources from donor foundations, partners or donors
Write and send fundraising requests
Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, donors, and donor foundations
Ensure administrative follow-up and management of partners, donors, and donor foundations
Participate in the planning and organization of events
Manage the foundation's website, LinkedIn page, and other digital communication tools
Requirements
University education or equivalent professional experience
Several years of professional experience in fundraising
Training in fundraising (an asset)
Strong ability to create networks and develop strategic partnerships
Conscientious and autonomous work, excellent organizational skills, sense of priorities, team spirit, easy contact
Excellent writing skills
Show initiative, flexibility, and dynamism
Stress resistance
Mastery of the German language (or bilingual) with excellent knowledge of French and English
Language requirements
German
with very good knowledge of the other language
