Role Objective:

In this position, you support the planning, optimisation, and further development of existing production facilities and accompany technical projects from the idea to successful implementation. With your technical expertise, you contribute to ensuring the availability, efficiency, and performance of the plants in the long term. You work closely with production, workshop, and external partners.

Your Tasks:

• Supporting project management in the planning and implementation of plant construction projects as well as independently managing technical projects
• Specification, procurement, and commissioning of technical equipment and spare parts
• Tendering, monitoring, and acceptance of assembly and installation work
• Analysis of technical faults as well as organisation of repair and maintenance measures
• Development and further advancement of technical standards for production facilities
• Monitoring costs, quality, and deadlines while considering safety and economic efficiency
• Close collaboration with the workshop, pipeline construction, and production management in the implementation of technical projects

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a plant and apparatus builder EFZ, draughtsman EFZ, mechanical engineering technician, large plant construction technician, or maintenance master
• Experience in plant, pipeline, or industrial construction is an advantage
• Technically skilled and practical personality with a hands-on mentality
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High quality and cost awareness
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
