tasks

• you independently take over the property accounting of real estate management mandates
• in addition, you prepare the heating and ancillary cost statements as well as the annual financial statements
• furthermore, you represent the owners vis-à-vis tenants and authorities in accounting matters
• you maintain condominium ownership accounting, prepare their financial statements and support the auditors
• finally, you check the posted creditors and initiate payments
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• solid professional experience in accounting is required, experience in real estate accounting is an advantage but not a condition
• ideally, you have already worked with the real estate software RIMO R5, but this is also not a prerequisite
