At Life, children and adolescents in suicidal crises are intensively accompanied and cared for by a multiprofessional team. The offer ranges from prevention through inpatient and partial inpatient to outpatient aftercare. Cooperation with the children and adolescents as well as their parents is based on a sustainable, relationship-oriented approach and extends across all care settings.
We are looking to strengthen our team with two positions (each 50% workload) in job sharing from 1 October 2026

Your Tasks
- Ensuring educational and nursing care based on best practice and ethical-moral principles
- Designing a resource-promoting milieu-therapeutic treatment setting with a strong focus on the living environment of children and adolescents
- Delegated execution of nursing interventions
- Support in crisis situations
- Participation in change processes, especially in nursing-therapeutic services
- Active participation in intensive interprofessional collaboration
- Resource-oriented everyday design
Your Profile
- You place our children and adolescents at the centre of your work
- Completed vocational training in the field (recognition certificate for foreign qualifications)
- You have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry or are willing to acquire the necessary skills
- Willingness to work various shifts on all weekdays (mainly early and late shifts)
