About the job
For our office in Zurich, we are looking for an ICT Data and Integration Architect 80 – 100% to start immediately or by arrangement.
You will take architectural responsibility for integration and data flows, ensure operations, and develop our data landscape towards the "Golden Record". At the same time, you will build the new event-based data backbone on Azure.
Are you keen to take on a central role with significant impact? Then read on…
YOUR SPECIALISATIONS AS ICT DATA AND INTEGRATION ARCHITECT
- Responsibility for the conceptual and strategic further development of our data and integration architecture – scalable, comprehensible and future-proof. Absolutely.
- Building our event-based integration backbone on Azure (Event Hub, Azure Functions, SQL, Data Lake).
- You lead the implementation to success together with internal teams and external partners. Your thing.
- Further development of a company-wide data model with a focus on "Golden Record" for customer data. Ensuring a meaningful connection to marketing automation. Your passion.
- Ensuring the stable operation of our integration and orchestration solutions (e.g. Kestra, Celigo) and targeted further development – including marketplace and marketing flows. Your passion.
- Design and structuring of versioned domain APIs (e.g. Customer, Product, Order, Stock) and ensuring their sustainable use. Gladly.
- Migration of existing integrations and designing the coexistence of old and new solutions – including replacement of legacy middleware, EDI legacy issues and grown integration paths. Your challenge.
- Translating business requirements into pragmatic data models and integration designs and implementing them. You are used to this.
- Technical management of implementation partners and ensuring that integration solutions are implemented consistently and with high quality. Yes, of course.
- Establishing clear standards for integrations: who builds what, how it is monitored, how we ensure stability. Important to you.
THIS IS YOU
- Experience as an integration or solution architect in complex commerce/retail landscapes. Evident in your profile.
- You have in-depth knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture and data platforms. Definitely.
- Experience with orchestration or iPaaS as well as productive interfaces. That’s needed.
- Data modelling – ideally in cloud DWH – is part of your daily routine. Clearly.
- You take on technical leadership without classic hierarchy and drive decisions forward. That’s you.
- You think in solutions, make decisions and implement them. Period.
- You translate between business, IT and partners. Understandable, clear, on equal footing.
- Security-by-design is a given for you. Always.
- ERP, PIM or commerce experience? A plus.
YOUR BENEFITS
- A shared spirit of outdoor enthusiasts that can move mountains
- Generous shopping discount and attractive benefits with partners
- Above-standard and part-time friendly social benefits
- Possibility of home office
- Central workplace 7 minutes from Zurich main station
- Loyalty bonus (holiday or money) every 5 years
- Possibility of unpaid leave
- Employee events from outdoor cooking to bivouac tours
- And much more
