Our client is an established company in a specialised industry and is looking to strengthen the team with a committed individual for internal sales. In this varied role, you are the central contact person for customers and support daily sales success with your expertise and service-oriented working style.

Your tasks

• Competent support and advice for customers by telephone, e-mail and digital communication channels
• Receipt, processing and monitoring of customer orders
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations
• Conducting price enquiries and price comparisons
• Support with administrative tasks in internal sales
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through professional and solution-oriented communication

Your profile

• Completed training as a dental assistant or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience after completing training
• Experience in administrative areas or commercial further training is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel
• Friendly, service-oriented and customer-focused personality
• Independent, responsible and reliable working style
• High initiative and pronounced quality awareness
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in working with various contacts
