Job Description

• Provide all clients (patients, visitors, doctors and staff) with quality, courteous and professional service
• Maintain a clean, pleasant and comfortable environment
• Set up, dress and clear tables
• Take reservations by phone
• Welcome and seat customers in the restaurant
• Carry out service and monitor tables
• Manage billing and payments
• Prepare classic cocktails from the menu and also offer daily juice blends
• Set up seminar rooms for events
• Prepare patient room service and serve food and drinks in rooms
• Ensure high-end service

Qualifications

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma in hospitality or an equivalent qualification
• You have experience in high-end hospitality
• You have an excellent appearance, as well as good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Native French speaker with good command of English; Arabic or Russian would be an asset
• Very good knowledge of common IT tools and hygiene regulations
• Dynamic, versatile and autonomous personality
• Sense of hospitality and customer service
• Interest in the medical field
