To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Product Manager (40-60%) who enjoys actively shaping the further development of our beverage and specialty assortment and accompanying the products throughout their lifecycle.
Your tasks are:
- Responsibility for sub-projects: from the idea to market launch
- Accompanying our products throughout the entire lifecycle, evaluations and analyses within the framework of portfolio management
- Monitoring the performance of our products and deriving relevant measures to further develop our product portfolio
- Observing market and consumer trends, contributing innovation impulses
- Supporting the development of innovation projects
- Close collaboration with marketing, production, sales, and purchasing
You bring with you:
- Education in the food sector
- Further training or strong interest in business administration, product management
- Experience in project management as well as perseverance to reliably bring projects to completion
- Experience in product management, innovation management, or product development
- Confident handling of analyses, evaluations, and structured working
- Creativity, innovative spirit, and a sense for trends
- Teamwork, strong communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with various interfaces
- Openness to new things and eagerness to question boundaries
- High initiative and independence
