We are looking for a committed, creative, and curious Marketing Intern (m/f/d) to support our dynamic team in Kemptthal, Switzerland, for a duration of 12 months. In this position, you will work closely with our Regional Innovation Marketing Team Europe and report directly to the Marketing Manager Sweet Goods and Dairy.

This role offers you the chance to gain in-depth insights into an exciting and future-oriented area of the food industry and to actively contribute to marketing and innovation projects.
Your main responsibilities
Support the Marketing Managers in the following areas:
- Creation, revision, and optimization of high-quality PowerPoint presentations for regional trend updates as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Development of creative and unconventional presentation approaches to communicate trends effectively.
- Support in implementing various marketing initiatives according to the roadmap - primarily through innovative, visually compelling presentation decks.
- Participation in the preparation and execution of internal and external events, including support with exhibitor and speaker coordination.
- Use of digital tools and consumer programs to generate consumer insights, trend analyses, and reasons-to-believe for projects.
- Conducting research across multiple consumer & market intelligence tools and applying the insights in regional programs or customer projects.
- Extraction and interpretation of performance data from internal systems.
Your qualifications
- Ongoing or completed bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- First practical experience in graphic design, content creation, or other creative disciplines is an advantage.
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and experience in video and image editing.
- High level of creativity combined with solid business acumen and the ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Strong motivation to learn, proactive working style, and enthusiasm for trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.
