tasks

• you independently take over telephone and written customer advice
• you also coordinate enquiries with sales consultants, service technicians and project managers
• you handle orders from A to Z and coordinate appointments with customers and suppliers
• complaint handling as well as stock control also belong to your demanding area of responsibility
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a businesswoman / businessman or technical businesswoman / technical businessman or equivalent
• good English skills are important, French is an advantage
• experience in the above tasks is also important
• you are willing to visit other company locations from time to time
• do you describe yourself as customer-oriented, communicative, cooperative and independent?
