CNC Setter Long Turning 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client needs you as a CNC setter for long turning. This is what awaits you in your new job:

• You programme, set up and operate state-of-the-art CNC-controlled Citizen long turning machines

• You develop CNC programmes directly at the machine as well as with the Master-Cam programming system

• You keep an eye on ongoing production and ensure optimal production processes

• You create precise initial sample reports according to specified inspection plans

• You document important events and processes

• You take care of maintenance and carry out minor repairs independently

• You maintain production machines, tools and fixtures professionally

• You provide the required cutting tools and keep everything ready for use

What do I need to be successful?

Ideally, you bring the following:

• A completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic forms your solid foundation

• You have already gained experience with CNC-controlled long turning machines and ideally have knowledge in medical technology

• Your working method is structured, swift and precise – quality is important to you

• You enjoy working independently, keep a cool head under pressure and think logically

• You enjoy teamwork and are willing to work in a two-shift system
