Job opening within TSHM Thônex for a position of a social secretary in charge of accounting at 30%.
Job Description
- Manage cash registers and bank accounts
- Produce and verify accounting statements and gather the necessary elements for budget preparation
- Manage the internal organisation of the TSHM team’s support tools and ensure the proper maintenance of the HTH directory structure.
- Carry out various secretarial tasks: taking minutes, statistics, creating support tools, proofreading and formatting the activity report
- Compile, verify and use files, ensure the follow-up of the filing and archiving system
- Assist the animation team and the team with various administrative tasks
- Manage everything related to XP internships (except contracts and objective agreements made by the TSHM with the young people): data organisation, document compilation, sending and follow-up of files, hours declaration, youth register
- A flair and skills in graphic design, use of CANVA for flyers, as well as communication and monitoring of social media messages: Insta, FB, Snapchat would be highly appreciated.
- Team spirit and dynamism
Qualifications
- Possess at least a commercial employee CFC diploma and accounting skills
- Flexibility and adaptability, interest in youth issues and the public in general.
- Excellent writing skills, recognised competence in minute-taking
- Ability to work independently, to take useful and appropriate initiatives for smooth operation, in close connection with the Team Leader and the TSHM team.
- Sense of responsibility, good organisational, planning and emergency management skills
- Interest in the centre’s participatory operation
- Good knowledge of the functioning and organisation of FASe.
Additional Information
- Salary according to the Geneva State pay scale: maximum class 11
- After the interviews, you will have to take an accounting test at the FASe General Secretariat
