About the job
Since 1972, the Addiction Foundation in Basel has been providing therapy, housing and work support, as well as survival assistance for homeless people with substance dependence. The goal is a dignified and as self-determined life as possible.
The "Haus Gilgamesch" is looking to strengthen its team with a case management specialist.
Workload 100%
Start date immediately or by arrangement
"Haus Gilgamesch" is a social therapeutic facility offering 13 inpatient and additional outpatient places to improve the quality of life of those affected. The offer includes a stabilizing addiction therapeutic living and care situation as well as work training. The inpatient stay usually lasts twelve months. Often, this is followed by a several-month aftercare setting in the residential and workshop external facility, followed by outpatient housing support.
As a specialist, you will promote the clients entrusted to you throughout the entire process, from admission to inpatient therapy to transition to their own apartment. You will jointly design the stay and housing support with them and the other involved professional agencies and set priorities in the objectives and promotion planning.
As an innovative personality, you work development-oriented and integrate your knowledge and experience into an interdisciplinary team. You appreciate direct work with clients, networking with the social environment, and collaboration with external professionals.
An experienced, well-coordinated team awaits you, providing the necessary professional and collegial support for this demanding work. Participation in the implementation of the concept allows you to contribute to the further development of the facility beyond everyday work.
