Skills
- Commercial training with experience in upscale wellness hotels preferred.
- Fluent in German, French, and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong computer skills, especially in MS Office.

- Operation of the telephone system
- Customer-friendly and efficient organisation and handling of administrative tasks such as managing the address and customer database
- Commercial basic training and ideally several years of professional experience in the upscale wellness hotel sector
- Very good language skills spoken and written (d/f/e)
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Polished manners with a good dose of warmth
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility and organisational talent as well as a pronounced sales talent
- Willingness to work (including part-time and weekend shifts) and a well-groomed appearance complete your profile
