Your tasks
- You carry out all administrative HR processes nationwide in Switzerland on time, e.g. contract creations and changes in German and French.
- You write all employee-related correspondence such as confirmations, terminations or recognition bonuses.
- You prepare all work references and ensure their timely delivery.
- You handle the administratively relevant parts of the onboarding and offboarding process.
- You take care of service anniversaries, milestone birthdays, promotions and other occasions.
- You maintain the electronic personnel files and take on general administrative tasks in the HR environment.
- You advise supervisors and employees on administrative issues and provide competent information.
- You ensure that all work is carried out according to defined HR processes and labour law principles.
Your profile
- You have a federal specialist certificate in human resources.
- You bring several years of experience in HR as well as sound knowledge of labour law.
- You have a strong affinity for technology and confidently use new tools and systems.
- You learn independently, enjoy developing yourself further and also pass on your knowledge to others.
- You live customer orientation, communicate professionally and enjoy interacting with people.
- You have pronounced social and self-competence as well as the ability for self-management.
- You communicate fluently in German and French, both orally and in writing.
