About the job
Your tasks
- You design, develop and optimise data models, management dashboards as well as reports and create meaningful ad-hoc analyses for the operational and financial management of the hospital operations.
- You analyse the requirements of our departments and develop customised business intelligence solutions in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- You integrate new source systems and continuously develop our modern data platform by implementing new data models, cubes and data warehouse solutions.
- You share responsibility for the maintenance, operation and continuous development of our business intelligence landscape and ensure its quality, stability and future viability.
- You advise and empower our employees in the use of business intelligence tools and support them in making data-driven decisions in their daily work.
Your profile
- You have a university degree (FH or university) in business administration, business informatics, computer science or a related field or an equivalent qualification.
- You have at least three to five years of professional experience in the design, development and implementation of business intelligence solutions.
- You have solid experience in developing reporting, analysis and dashboard solutions with common BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense. Knowledge of Qlik Sense is an advantage.
- Ideally, you have experience in developing data models as well as in building and further developing data warehouse solutions and modern data platforms.
- You are characterised by strong analytical and conceptual skills, work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and communicate appropriately for the target audience.
- You enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration with different stakeholders.
