Practice Owner / Practice Partner / Infrastructure User in a Modern, Newly Established General Practice

Then this project at Lake Constance could be exactly the opportunity you have been waiting for.

In close proximity to Lake Constance and just a few minutes from Konstanz, a modern health centre with an integrated general practice will be established at the beginning of 2027. The practice is new and offers optimal conditions for doctors who want to actively shape their professional future. Unlike traditional employment, various models are available here:

• full takeover and management of the general practice as owner
• participation together with other general practitioners
• work as an independent infrastructure user
• individual mixed forms with varying degrees of responsibility and participation

The project is explicitly aimed at entrepreneurial-minded doctors who want to have more influence on their professional future.

The Practice

The general practice forms the independent medical core of a newly constructed health building. The practice offers around 350 m² with four fully equipped consultation rooms, two examination rooms, its own laboratory, an integrated diagnostics area, an emergency and acute care room, as well as an attached pharmacy.

The medical equipment includes, among other things, ultrasound, 12-lead ECG, long-term ECG, spirometry, point-of-care laboratory, and modern digital practice software. The infrastructure is designed to enable high-quality general practice medicine efficiently and independently.

Additional health-related services will also be located in the same building. However, as a general practitioner, you will work in an independent practice structure with your own patient base and your own consultation hours.

The Location

The location is one of the special strengths of this project.

The train station is directly opposite the building, the German border is only a few minutes away, and Lake Constance is easily accessible on foot. The region combines the quality of life of Switzerland with proximity to Germany and offers excellent transport connections in all directions.

Another advantage: Modern apartments are being built in the same new building. This makes relocating to the region significantly easier than in many other places around Lake Constance.
