For our subsidiary KUHN UND BIERI AG, we are looking for an Account Manager for the sales area of Bern, Solothurn, Basel, and Valais.
Your tasks
Sales is your passion – especially when it comes to products that create real added value in healthcare and nursing? Become part of our four-person field sales team and take over your own customer portfolio. You implement sales activities, maintain relevant data, and contribute significantly to sales success with your structured, reliable way of working.
Your tasks
You actively develop your customer portfolio with a focus on retirement and nursing homes and build long-term, successful customer relationships while achieving annual sales targets.
You manage existing object orders for bed supply and full-body UV therapy solutions and acquire new projects.
You monitor the market, recognize trends early, and prepare relevant information in a structured manner.
You advise your customers competently and solution-oriented and ensure precise maintenance of all customer data.
You create visit reports and report directly to the Sales Manager Healthcare.
You conduct product training on-site and support your customers in the optimal application of the solutions.
Your profile
Technical and/or commercial training ideally in healthcare (FaGe, MPA, rehabilitation technician) and/or completion of a higher technical school as well as further training in sales
Several years of sales experience specifically in object business or project management
Good sales expertise as well as pronounced organizational and coordination skills
Outgoing personality with strong negotiation skills as well as high independence and good assertiveness
SME affinity with the will to actively shape organizational development
Very good IT skills: MS Office, MS Dynamics 365 BC as well as very good German skills in spoken and written form
