We offer you a challenging leadership position with many customer contacts in Western Switzerland up to and including the Bern region
Your area of responsibility
- Direct leadership of 6 subordinate team leaders in Gland, Payerne, and Stettlen/Bern
- Indirect leadership responsibility for the department with a total of 85 employees
- Implementing the Gilgen customer service strategy Switzerland
- Monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities
- Ensuring an efficient, customer-oriented, and proactive 24/7 customer service organization in the field by quickly resolving disturbances, maintenance, and additions to automatic door and gate systems
- Monitoring and ensuring the execution of periodic maintenance
- Supporting the sales of system modernizations and maintenance contracts
- Caring for assigned major customers
Your profile
- Completed technical basic training, ideally in the field of metal construction, electrical engineering, building technology, or similar
- Further training in the commercial field as well as specialization in leadership/organization and customer service
- Several years of professional experience in technical customer service in building technology, building maintenance, or household and gastronomy
- At least 5 years of experience in leading a larger, decentralized team
- German or French as a native language with very good knowledge of the other language
- Strong service-oriented and organizational skills, analytical, methodical, proactive approach to tasks
