About the job
For a modern and warm Spitex organisation in the cantons of Bern and Solothurn, which enables people to live at home in their familiar surroundings, a committed Health and Social Assistance (AGS) (30–100 %) is sought.
Tasks
- Support in the care and assistance of residents/patients in everyday life
- Assistance with personal care, mobilisation and nutrition under the guidance of nursing staff
- Carrying out nursing and care tasks according to the competence profile
- Observation of the health status of residents and passing on relevant information to the nursing staff
- Co-responsibility for appreciative, respectful and empathetic care
- Compliance with hygiene, quality and safety guidelines
- Assistance with domestic tasks in the care area
- The activity involves care for about 3 hours per day
Requirements
- Completed training as an SRK nursing assistant
- Enjoyment of working with elderly, care-dependent or impaired people
- Empathy, reliability and ability to work in a team
- Physical and mental resilience
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends (depending on area of deployment)
- Driving licence category B and own vehicle
