Team Leader Recycling 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Team leadership in various departments (metal, recycling centre, scrap, paper)

• Allocation and coordination of employees

• Customer care and acceptance of deliveries

• Operation of plant machinery (scrap shear, granulator, ripper, cutting torch)

• Loading and unloading with forklift, wheel loader and wheeled excavator

• Loading and shunting of railway wagons

• Incoming inspection and material valuation

• Ensuring order and compliance with safety regulations

• Cross-departmental collaboration and support

What do I need to be successful?

• Training as a certified recycler EFZ or several years of industry experience

• Driving licence category BE and SUVA forklift licence (VTE 10 and lorry C advantageous)

• Leadership skills with assertiveness

• Good German language skills

• Flexibility and enjoyment of varied tasks

• Resilience and stress resistance

• Willingness to undertake further training

• Friendly interaction with customers and team
