The Office for Youth and Career Counseling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. Children, adolescents, and families are at the center of our work. We dedicate ourselves to them daily with great passion and commitment.
At the Bülach branch office, there are various departments such as the kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Center), a polyvalent counseling center for families, parents, adolescents, children, and toddlers, the Regional Legal Service, and the Projects and Development department.
Are you interested in providing services for various departments at the headquarters of the Bülach and Dielsdorf districts? Then you will become part of our team as administrative support for the Regional Legal Service, school social work, and community work from July 2026 or by agreement.
Your main tasks:
- General administrative and organizational tasks in daily business, especially preparing and editing accountability reports
- Client reception, telephone operation, and forwarding
- Invoicing for services in school social work
- Coordination of community work tasks
- Data entry and maintenance in the client registration tool (Klib/KAI)
- IT coordination for the employees of the branch office and the kjz Bülach
You bring with you:
- Commercial training (EFZ) – mandatory requirement
- Interest in gaining insight into child protection
- Good administrative and organizational skills
- Reliable, independent, and precise working style
- The ability to quickly grasp a case or factual course
- High resilience and the ability to remain calm in hectic situations
