Here you can contribute your expertise:

• Projects: With us, you advise banks, insurance companies and other financial service providers on the development of risk strategies and control systems, on the quantitative and qualitative management of various types of risk, and on the implementation of diverse regulatory requirements.
• Accounting: You accompany the optimisation and redesign of processes. Advise on ESG topics or support software implementations. 
• Controlling: Shape the transformation of our clients into first-class financial organisations by developing and optimising bank management and reporting processes. 
• Risk & Regulatory: You participate in the analysis of regulatory requirements and their practical implementation, keeping an eye on current impulses around sustainable finance, financial crime and digitalisation. 
• Treasury / Capital Investment: Contribute to the design of investment strategies, especially in deriving strategic asset allocations or sustainable portfolio orientation. 
• Responsibility: Develop innovative solutions together with the team or use the opportunity to write your own articles and studies, such as our  Regional Banks Study or Insurance Study .

Your skills:

• Successful university degree (economics, e.g. business administration, economics, business administration, or natural sciences, e.g. mathematics, physics).
• Initial experience (in one of the above areas) through an internship, consulting, the financial and insurance industry or through training/dual studies in the banking and insurance sector.
• Enjoyment in solving complex problems as well as analytical and communication skills – you can inspire people for zeb and your ideas.
• Stay and grow: You want to constantly deepen your own knowledge and acquire new know-how.
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level, business fluent) as well as good English skills (at least B2 level, fluent) in spoken and written form.  #LI-LARA  #LI-Hybrid
