Your Tasks

Customer Development with Vision

• Support and expansion of a portfolio of medium-sized to large corporate customers
• Development of individual strategies to unlock new potentials within existing customer structures
• Identification of cross- and upselling opportunities across products and services

Relationship Management & Negotiation

• Building and maintaining relationships with relevant contacts – especially in IT and purchasing
• Negotiation of terms, prices, and conditions
• Positioning our company as the preferred partner for IT products and services

Strategic Collaboration

• Close coordination with internal departments such as presales, project management, and service
• Participation in the creation of customer-specific offers and solution concepts
• Targeted development of customer relationships with the goal of long-term partnerships

Administrative Tasks

• Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM
• Documentation of customer interactions, offers, and project progress
• Preparation of offers and contracts

What You Bring

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a focus on larger corporate customers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and structured working style
• CRM affinity and enjoyment of data-driven customer development
• Presentation confidence – also in English-speaking meetings and calls
