Früh Verpackungstechnik AG is a successful Swiss industrial company based in Fehraltorf with around 700 employees. We are a leading contract packer as well as a manufacturer of flexible packaging solutions for medical technology and pharmaceutical products.

We are looking to strengthen our team in Fehraltorf with a: 

Your role with us:

• Setting up, operating and monitoring lamination machines
• Ensuring product quality according to specifications
• Documenting production and process data
• Participating in process and workflow optimisations
• Regular maintenance and simple troubleshooting
• Training and supporting new employees in training

What you bring with you:

• Completed vocational training or practical experience in an industrial/technical environment
• Technical understanding as well as manual dexterity
• Independent, reliable working style
• Team-oriented, responsible and resilient personality
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
