Project Manager Security 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You design and specify technical security systems such as access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion alarm systems, and control centres

• You manage projects from procurement through installation to commissioning of new security systems, working closely with external service providers

• You maintain and service the security systems, ensure smooth operation, analyse faults, and plan preventive maintenance work

• You conduct risk analyses, regularly identify weaknesses in systems, buildings, and on the premises, and define measures to reduce risks

• You document processes and continuously optimise them. You ensure implementation through training and audits

• You ensure compliance with and implementation of standards and customer requirements

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the security sector

• IT experience in the security environment

• Good understanding of security systems and their technical interrelations

• Experience in implementing projects in the security environment

• Strong conceptual skills

• Experience in creating process descriptions and documentation

• Fluent German in spoken and written form as well as English skills

• Independent and responsible working style as well as flexibility
