We are a trust company with over 30 employees located in Rapperswil-Jona, Arbon, and Wattwil. With a young and motivated team, we advise our clients personally, competently, and comprehensively in the areas of trust accounting, taxes, and auditing.
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for our office in Arbon for a Mandate Manager Trust Accounting in a 100% position (or part-time)
Your profile
- You have many years of experience in the trust industry and know: trust accounting is your field.
- You hold a professional certificate in trust accounting or finance and accounting or have an expert diploma.
- You are used to working independently and precisely and have a flair for IT.
- You are customer- and service-oriented and have a high quality standard for your work.
Your tasks
- Trust accounting: You independently manage trust mandates in various industries from A to Z with payroll responsibility and are the competent and direct contact person for our clients. You will be supported by clerks.
- Tax consulting: You prepare tax declarations and, in cooperation with our tax experts, manage complex tax projects and legal remedies.
- Auditing: If interested, you take responsibility for limited and regular audits together with our lead auditors.
