Your Tasks
- Ensuring evidence-based and professional nursing with a focus on our Neonatology Special Care, where you care for patients with complex nursing situations
- Continuous empowerment of employees through coaching and training
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality and patient safety in the department
- Development, adjustment, and evaluation of specialized guidelines and instructions in collaboration with other experts, nursing specialists, and other professional groups
Your Profile
- Completed professional training as a nursing specialist FH or completed professional training as a nursing specialist HF with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or willingness to complete it
- At least 2 years of professional experience in neonatology
- A reflective, patient- and solution-oriented working style as well as responsibility and commitment characterize you
- You enjoy moving in the broad field between expertise, leadership, and education and being a positive role model with your professionalism
