Your Tasks:
- You advise and support our customers by phone and in the sales shop
- You are responsible for selling our range with a focus on tires and service and wear parts
- Active sales of our sales activities and services
- You process inquiries, offers, and customer complaints
- You perform administrative tasks related to our wide range of products and services
- Recording customer orders and returns is also part of your duties
- You ensure the flow of information between field service and internal departments
