The following tasks are part of your three-year training:
- Active participation in the production of our products in the kitchen
- Guest service in the restaurant
- Preparation of drinks & coffee specialties at our counter
- Active participation in our diverse team
- Taking on initial leadership tasks after an exciting introductory period
- Attending vocational school
- Barista training to learn the perfect latte art
- Rotating through departments in the back office: Marketing, Catering, F&B, and HR
- Attending vocational school for theoretical basics
- Regular inter-company courses to build expertise in the system catering industry
