Training in system catering offers you a diverse range of tasks from preparing food and drinks, dealing with guests to gaining insight into the business and administrative sides of the industry. You probably know our delicacies, juice creations, and the typical tibits buffet in our restaurants. The tibits story goes back over 25 years and combines culinary diversity from around the world. The following tasks are part of your three-year training:

Active participation in the production of our products in the kitchen
Guest service in the restaurant
Preparation of drinks & coffee specialties at our counter
Active participation in our diverse team
Taking on initial leadership tasks after an exciting introductory period
Attending vocational school
Barista training to learn the perfect latte art
Rotating through departments in the back office: Marketing, Catering, F&B, and HR
Attending vocational school for theoretical basics
Regular inter-company courses to build expertise in the system catering industry
