Your Tasks
- Responsibility for meeting the agreed annual sales targets in the assigned area
- Independent follow-up of assigned projects up to acquisition
- Targeted acquisition through project- and customer-specific consulting
- Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships (construction companies and dealers)
- Scheduling production orders in coordination with customers and production
- Customer support
Your Competencies
- Completed training as a construction foreman or site manager
- At least 2 - 4 years of experience in the respective role is mandatory
- Sales experience is an advantage
- You have quick comprehension skills and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You are strong in organization, coordination, and communication.
- You possess success-oriented negotiation skills.
- You are proficient in German, both spoken and written, and understand/speak Swiss German.
