Care & Hospice in Werdenberg offers 75 residents individual, dignified care and support in the specialized areas of transitional care, long-term/complex care, dementia care, as well as specialized palliative care in the hospice. We create a family-like environment, accompany people and relatives through challenging phases of life, and ensure nursing as well as medical-technical care at a high level.
We are looking for immediately or by arrangement a
Care Assistant AGS/SRK
Tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of our residents
- Support with household tasks
- Co-responsibility for dignified treatment and respectful communication
- Implementation of individual care plans in collaboration with the team
Requirements
- Training as a Care Assistant AGS or SRK
- High social competence, sense of responsibility, and empathy
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, reliable working style
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
