For the management of the Unia Neuchâtel Region, we are looking for a
Regional Secretary (80–100%)
In the Unia Neuchâtel region, around 35 collaborators are committed daily to members and workers. As a regional secretary, you know the Neuchâtel economic fabric and contribute to evolving the world of work through your strong commitment to social issues. In this varied role, you assume responsibility for the union movement as well as the development of Unia Neuchâtel. You fully adhere to Unia's values.
Your main tasks include:
- The management of the Unia Neuchâtel Region and the implementation of Unia's national strategy in connection with regional bodies.
- The development of the region's strategy, the leadership of the regional management, and support for the sectors.
- The strategic leadership of union campaigns in branches and companies.
- The representation of the region in Unia's national bodies as well as with external partners (political, economic, institutional).
Your profile
- You already have professional experience in a union or in the associative environment.
- You are comfortable in complex environments, able to manage a wide variety of tasks and capable of implementing strategic projects.
- You have proven experience in personnel management.
- You demonstrate ease in negotiations, express yourself confidently, and know how to convince.
- You are persevering, determined, able to make decisions, and capable of uniting teams.
- You master French and have knowledge of German.
