About the job
For the Finance Department, we are looking for an engaged personality to start immediately or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- Participation in operational financial accounting (general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fee accounting) for several companies
- Responsibility for dunning and debt collection, cash and card transactions, as well as the accounts payable workflow
- Monitoring and ensuring smooth and timely payment transactions
- Assistance with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
- Active participation in projects in the area of finance and accounting with a focus on digitization and process optimization
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and internal requirements in healthcare
- Close collaboration with internal specialist departments as well as cross-location support and representation within the team
- Professional support and guidance of apprentices in financial accounting
Your profile
- Further education in finance and accounting at the specialist certificate level or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in healthcare or a comparable institution
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and practical experience in the application and implementation of REKOLE is an advantage
- You are ICT-savvy and have a confident handling of the MS Office suite
- Very good knowledge of SAP-FI, knowledge of SAP-SD is an advantage
- High degree of personal responsibility, initiative, and independence
- Experience and enjoyment in training commercial apprentices
