- Professional leadership and further development of the internal specialist unit for nursing and health.
- Independent management of complex nursing situations for people with multiple diagnoses at the interface of care and medicine.
- Advice and support for the educational teams on nursing and health topics as well as ensuring nursing quality standards in everyday life.
- Coordination of collaboration with internal specialists as well as external doctors, Spitex organisations and other partners.
This is what you bring
- Training as a nurse HF/FH with several years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination.
- Advantageous: Further training as a nursing expert APN and experience in nursing needs assessment (e.g. BESA, interRAI).
- Enjoyment in imparting knowledge to professionals from other disciplines as well as career changers.
