- Further development of municipal planning at the guideline and land use plan level as well as active shaping of the spatial development of the municipality
- Integration of sub-area plans into a unified municipal guideline planning
- Management of the planning department with a team of 13 employees
- Project management of strategic key plans with various interest groups
- Professional advice to the municipal council on planning matters
- Member of the building and planning commission as well as participation and representation of the municipality's interests in regional and cantonal expert committees
- University degree as a spatial planner or in another field such as geography, law with additional training in spatial planning
- Several years of professional experience in spatial planning/spatial development
- Familiarity with the instruments of planning law (federal, cantonal and municipal)
- Experienced leadership personality with a strong service orientation and strategic foresight
- Precise written and oral expression, negotiation skills and the ability to find sustainable solutions with different stakeholders and needs
- Goal- and solution-oriented, resilient and innovative personality
- A respectful, collegial collaboration and a good working atmosphere
- Compatibility of work and private life: annual working hours, part-time work, care days and function-related home office
