About the job
What to expect
- You distil internal topics and develop contributions for the intranet, newsletter and other communication channels
- You accompany townhalls, employee events and internal formats from preparation to follow-up
- You prepare presentations, briefings and documents for management clearly, precisely and appropriately for the target audience
- You develop press releases, statements and editorial contributions together with the PR team
- In the newsroom you research relevant topics, monitor the media landscape and keep media distribution lists up to date
- You work closely with various internal and external interfaces on media enquiries, PR activities and projects
- You maintain our communication channels, bring structure to coordination tasks and put your own ideas into practice
What you bring
- You are currently completing a bachelor’s degree or have recently graduated, ideally in communication, media, languages, business or a related field
- You are available for the internship for at least six months
- Language is your strength: you write very well, with style and appropriately for the target group in German
- You also have good English skills; French skills are a plus
- Initial experience in communication, journalism, PR or editorial work is an advantage, for example through an internship, a part-time job, a university media outlet or club work
- You work confidently with Word, PowerPoint and Teams; knowledge of CMS, Adobe Creative Cloud, intranet platforms or AI tools is welcome
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner, handle confidential information discreetly and bring curiosity and team spirit
