Ensuring electricity in Switzerland
In this position, you are responsible as a subject matter expert for procurement law matters. In particular, you will perform the following tasks:
- Procurement law advice and support for the Procurement department and all specialist departments of Swissgrid, especially in connection with direct awards, exclusion of suppliers, and procurement law complaint procedures
- Management of external lawyers
- Development of training programmes and conducting training sessions
- Close cooperation with the Legal Team

For the position of Legal Counsel Procurement, we are looking for a proactive and independent personality who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration and has good negotiation skills. You bring the following:
- Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university
- Swiss bar admission is an advantage
- Experience in public procurement law and interest in procurement law issues, both in Swiss law and European law
- Practical experience in public law and contract law is desirable
- Knowledge of industry-relevant legal issues is an advantage
- Fluent and negotiation-confident German as well as good French skills
