Secondary school teachers mbA for Mathematics 120%The Kantonsschule Küsnacht is a well-established high school in the region with cultural influence. The school program includes a musical and modern language matriculation profile with a lower secondary level. In both profiles, a bilingual matriculation course German/English can be taken. The school has around 615 students, about 120 teachers, and 16 staff members in administration and operations. Manageable conditions, good infrastructure, and a school campus in a prime location in the middle of Küsnacht shape the familiar school atmosphere.
At the beginning of the 2027/28 school year (August 2027), we are looking for two secondary school teachers mbA for Mathematics for a total workload of 120%.
Your tasks
The advertised position is a permanent employment "with special tasks (mbA)" according to the cantonal secondary and vocational school teachers' ordinance. The scope of duties includes teaching at all grade levels and in all offered profiles, also in English, as well as participation in the school community, for example as a class teacher or in commissions and working groups.
Your profile
We are looking for teachers who provide contemporary subject teaching and are motivated to take responsibility for additional tasks in the further development of our school and actively help shape it. The formal requirements are a completed university degree at the master's level, the teaching diploma or an equivalent professional and pedagogical education (ideally also immersion didactics), as well as several years of teaching experience at the gymnasium level.
