Wound Expert, Workload 50 to 80%
Your tasks:
- Independent assessment, treatment and progress documentation of acute and chronic wounds
- Creation of individual wound treatment plans according to evidence-based standards
- Implementation of specialized wound therapies (e.g. NPWT, debridement, modern dressing techniques)
- Interprofessional collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, therapists and external partners
- Professional advice and training of nursing staff and relatives
- Conducting internal training sessions as well as quality assurance in the field of wound management
- Participation in the development and implementation of wound concepts and standards
- Prevention, risk assessment and evaluation (e.g. decubitus, diabetic foot syndromes)
Your profile:
- Qualification as a nurse HF/FH
- Further training as a wound expert SAfW / wound care expert, ICW or equivalent recognized training
- Several years of professional experience in wound care is an advantage
- Strong clinical assessment skills and confident professional appearance
- High advisory competence and enjoyment in coaching employees
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- High social competence, communication skills and resilience
- Willingness to work interdisciplinarily and to continue education continuously
